What will your event rental cost?
The base cost to rent the CHM facility for a Saturday wedding or other event is $3000 plus a $1000 security and cleaning deposit. The first $1000 is applied to a one-year Patron Membership in the museum. This amount is tax-deductible if you itemize your income taxes.
Please note that CHM Gardens provides only the venue for your event. You must provide your own vendors for decorating, catering, entertainment, etc. We have two required vendors: Signature Party Rentals for tables, chairs, and other large items, and WedSafe for event insurance.
